OCC Social - Fantasy Cricket 2006 Entry Details
The OCC Fantasy Cricket is BACK!! Happy Daisy's indeedy……………

The format is pretty simple, basically you will have to select your team of eleven from the attached list of playing members of the club and they'll receive points depending on their performances every week. The better they perform the more points you receive and the greater the chance of you winning one of the cash prizes on offer to the top teams in the league. Prizes are obviously dependent on the number of entries so your support would be greatly appreciated and anyone else that you can encourage to join up too would mean more money going to your local and loveable club and more money to be shared amongst you.

The cost of entering is £10 and cheques should be made payable to Orpington Cricket Club. You can also give your money to your captain or myself or any other committee member or alternatively post it to the below address. A comprehensive list of the rules and also the player list is attached so get picking and return your finalised team sheets to me ASAP either to this address or you can email them to fantasycricket@orpingtoncc.co.uk

Please note that the league season begins on Saturday May 6th, so all entries should be sent to me by 1:00pm on Friday 5th May if your selected players are going to score you points from week 1. Late entries will only start scoring points from the date that they are received.

Good Luck and Shine on, Shine on...

Transfers

During the course of the season you'll be able to make one Transfer. This means that you'll be able to remove one member of your side and replace him with a new player as long as your new team still conforms to the team selection rules and points restriction. You can use this transfer at any point of the season that you choose to do so. You must inform me of this no later than lunch time (1.00pm) on a Friday for your new selection to become live for that Saturday's game.

In addition any players that are not on the original Player List but whom subsequently play any part of any League Game will be added to the list with a rating and will then be available to transfer into your side.
