Saturday, 18th October 2014

Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Annual OCC Dinner is finally here and I'm really looking forward to seeing  you all there this Saturday, 18th October.  The order of play will be  pre-drinks from 6pm and we will be sitting down at 7pm for the meal,  during which we will as per usual present several awards.  We will look to finish the meal around 9.30pm  where dancing will commence for those who want to shake a leg. Last  orders at the Bar will be at 12.30am, the same time that the DJ  will stop playing.  Everyone will be required to leave the venue by 1am.

The meal is pre booked but if anyone has any specific dietary requests (eg being vegetarian) then please let me know ASAP either by replying  to my email or contacting me on my mobile (07974211484).

All those wishing to drive you can use the Hayes Station car park (which is directly opposite the venue) after 6pm.  Those requiring taxis may wish to note that Cannon Cars taxi firm is across the road from our venue.

We will be holding a fundraising raffle during the evening.  If any of you kind people are able to donate a prize for the raffle that would be greatly appreciated (if you can please could you email me to that effect).

As a final reminder, our venue is The New Inn Hayes 59 Station Approach, Hayes BR2 7EA.  Our dinner is being held in the upstairs function room.  The dress code is smart for this event - fancy frocks for the ladies and lounge suits/DJs for the gents!
